1. 通过基于对客户技术要求的理解建立高质量及持续的客户关系。Builds high-quality, lasting technical relationship, guided by a strong understanding of customer situations. 2. 连接客户需求与产品研发部门, 预测行业未来应用场景及产品发展方向。Connects customer ideas with product development organization and predicts future applications and products. 3. 发掘业务机会并为客户创造价值,体现差异化。Discovers opportunities, adds value to customer operations, proves differentiation 4. 提供额外价值服务(管柱设计,入井服务,材料选型,检验等)Offers value added services (string design, running services, inspection, etc.) as an empowered member of the customer team. 5. 在准备招标文件、技术协议、技术汇报、技术规范总结等方面提供支持。Provides a technical support role in the preparations of tender documents, technical agreements, technical presentations, technical specification summaries, etc. 6. 参与客户技术要求的评审和翻译,以有序、可追溯的方式管理所有技术文件。Participate in the review and translation of customer’s technical requirements. Manage all the technical documents in an orderly and traceable way. 7. 领导或协助客户投诉的调查过程。Assists a team, and at times leads the customer investigation and claims management process. 8. 主管安排的其他任务。Other translation related tasks for technical documents.
