工作职责： Provide control technical Support to development direction of P&D department 为产品研发部门的发展方向提供控制技术支持 Provide control technical support to testing of new products 为新产品的测试提供控制技术支持 Provide control technical support for Non-standard project and deeper localization 为非标项目和深入国产化提供电气技术支持 List up to at least six most critical and essential responsibilities. 列出该工作至少六条最主要的职责。 Be responsible for standardization of PLC code and electrical drawing 负责PLC代码和电气图纸的标准化 Be responsible for designing drawing and writing PLC code for non-project 负责非标项目的图纸设计和PLC代码的编写 Be responsible for updating and compiling of product manual and user manual 负责产品和用户手册的更新和编写 Be responsible for solving control issues of all product and project site 负责解决所有产品和现场现场的控制问题 Be responsible for commissioning of Beta project and supporting commissioning of standard project 负责Beta项目的调试和标准项目的调试技术支持 Be responsible for testing of new product 负责新产品的测试 Be responsible for technical support on NPI (new product introduction) 负责新产品导入的技术支持 Be responsible for developing and updating standard tools of all products 负责开发和更新所有产品的标准工具 任职资质：  Excellent language skills in English.  优秀的英文口语及书面表达能力。  Good communication and teamwork skills, Detailed-orientated with good problem-solving skills.  良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，工作认真仔细，良好的解决问题能力。  Forward thinking & Proactive, highly motivated, task driven with strong sense of responsibility.  思维敏捷、积极主动、行动力强、责任性强。
